Having worked in a major pharmaceutical / biotech company for the last ten years, I understand that the success of an organization depends solely on its employees. This is a trying time for the pharmaceutical industry; although there are many unmet medical needs, bringing a product to the market has become even more challenging. That is why it has become more important than ever for a company to hire technically competent staff who can bring the best out of themselves and the people around them. They need people who can adapt to the changing environment in and around the workplace and bring a positive attitude to work everyday. The management should also understand the importance of good employees and strive to create an atmosphere where they can realize the importance of their work to the society everyday.
